ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Fredrick Amponsah, also known as Fred Saint Foster, migrated from Ghana as a teen seeking a better education. Struggling to fit into his new environment, Fred turned to fashion, using style as a tool to boost his confidence and connect with others. This marked the beginning of his journey into the universal language of fashion—a medium that transcends cultural barriers.

With a foundation in design from his architect father, Fred cultivated a love for clean lines and subtle details. Inspired by hip-hop culture and driven by entrepreneurial ambition, he self-educated in fashion design and business, ultimately co-founding the brand Cease ± Desist.

Fred’s visionary approach—combining luxury fashion with streetwear—gained recognition from A-list celebrities, including Grammy-winning artist Future, with whom he collaborated as a creative director. Fred designed iconic tour merchandise and stage outfits, and his work has been worn by mega-stars like Beyoncé, Future, Lil Durk, Justin Bieber, LeBron James, and Jack Harlow.

Beyond fashion, Fred embraces a multidisciplinary approach, exploring visual arts, filmmaking, music production, architecture, footwear, and furniture design. His relentless creativity continues to leave a lasting impact across industries.
